I started pretty aggressive. I jump started into my detox without doing my prep days but believe it helped in the long run. I started my detox and then the day after started my first day of the Zerona! I like how I get measured before so after the session I was able to see my results. I continued on with my second Zerona and also did my bodywrap. It was amazing how after only two treatments of the Zerona and my bodywrap I was already losing inches around my hips and waist. I continued on with my detox and last wrap and 2 ionic foot baths and got re measured a couple of days after my last Zerona Treatment. I lost a total of 6 inches mostly in my waist and hips! I stayed the same weight which I think is better considering inch loss is more permanent than weight loss. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has problem areas that they can't seem to get rid of with working out alone.

The Zerona treatment was great! I experienced amazing results. In this treatment you have 6 Zerona treatments 2 Body wraps and 2 Ionic Foot Baths. While you are doing the treatments you are on a detox program as well. The detox kit helped to cleanse my body. At the end of the treatment. I lost a total of 6 lbs and lost 8 inches. The combination of these tools was great in helping me in my results. All I had to do was lie for a total of 40 mins under the Zerona and follow the herbal detox program. After the 6 sessions of the Zerona I continued with the detox and continue to lose weight. I have more energy and feel amazing!
